In this short film opening, mise en scene plays a critical role in reflecting Saif's mental state, setting the tone of the narrative, and visually underscoring key themes such as secrecy, violence, and trauma. Through the careful selection of props, costumes, and background elements, I created an environment that is personal to Saif and helps the audience understand his psychological complexities. Since I had borrowed the apartment for use, I had to move a lot of the extra apartment furniture there myself, so I had to be meticulous about what to use. Used Props
